Here at KEW Lettings we offer a dedicated service to Landlords remembering at all times that we are just caring for the properties. 10 Easy steps is all it takes to let your property.

Step 1 – A helpful hand is given to help you choose the correct property to let out, whether that be sourcing the property on your behalf or just giving helpful tips to guide you on your way.

Step 2 - A Free market appraisal is given – helping you decide if this is the property for you to invest in.

Step 3 – Once you are happy with the property and our terms then we will begin to market the property for a suitable tenant on your behalf taking into account any specific criteria you may have.

Step 4 – The property is marketed through the internet, local paper, property lists and boards are placed (if permission is given) at the property.

Step 5 – Viewings of the property are carried out by a member of staff at all times.

Step 6 – You are informed of the viewing outcome and if the tenants are happy with the property any negotiations are dealt with on your behalf and discussed in full with you each time.

Step 7 – Once you are happy with the terms of the tenancy than we begin to reference the prospective tenants, looking at past employment, credit reference and if applicable landlords references. All references are forwarded to you for your files once completed.

Step 8 – If all parties are happy we proceed to draw up the tenancy agreement, inventory and gas/elec certificates on your behalf. The only thing  the office with bank account details and keys for the property.

Step 9 – A letter is sent to ALL parties concerned with the tenancy start date and any particular terms which have been agreed.

Step 10 – We move the tenant into the property and collect the 1st months rent and deposit in cleared funds.
